The Ranges at Shoot GTR
All shooters must attend a GTR Range Orientation before participating in live fire at Shoot GTR.
You may bring your own ammo and targets or purchase them in the Pro Shop. Targets must not depict recognizable persons or photos of persons. Silhouettes are okay as are cartoons, zombies, and generic bad guys. Stationary clay skeet targets are permitted. ALL ammo brought to the facility must be consistent with Florida law.
- No bleeding targets.
- NO TANNERITE or other exploding targets.
- No green tip/steel core ammunition
- No fletchetts
- No incendiary, or exploding rounds.
Range 1
200 yards - Rifles or shotguns shooting slugs at 50+ yds. Static firing line only (no move-and-shoot). Open to all shooters (Members, Guests, and Day Rate)
Range 2
25 yards - Pistols, rifles, and shotguns. Static firing line only (no move-and-shoot). Open to all shooters (Members, Guests, and Day Rate)
Range 3
25 yards - Pistols, rifles, and shotguns. Static firing line only (no move-and-shoot). Open to Members only.
Ranges 4-7
15 yards - Pistols, rifles, and shotguns. Static firing line only (no move-and-shoot). Open to all members having completed our Safe Shooter Class (SSC) and their Guests. Also available for rental and special events.
Range 8
50-yard Steel target range - Pistols and shotguns (Bird Shot) only. NO rifles! No Slugs or Buckshot! No rifle ammo! Mobile firing line and holster work permitted. Open to all Members having completed our Safe Shooter Class (SSC). No Guests or Day Rate shooters.
Range 9
100-yard range - Pistols, rifles, or shotguns only. Mobile firing line and holster work permitted. Open to all Members having completed our Safe Shooter Class (SSC) and their guests. No Day Rate shooters.
Ranges 10-12
10 yards (Range 10) and 25-30 yards (Ranges 11-12) - Pistols, rifles, and shotguns. These ranges are reserved for Classes and Events only.
